Terms and Conditions

This Agreement is between Hina Mahmood Photography ("Photographer") and [You] ("Client"), which includes Client's principals, employees, affiliates, and representatives.

When booking a session, you agree to these terms of service upon paying your booking retainer fee.

COPYRIGHT
All images are the Photographer's sole property and must not be altered in any way without permission.

USAGE RIGHTS AND OWNERSHIP
The Client (s) hereby allow(s) the Photographer to use any photograph covered by this contract for promotional purposes, advertising, websites, sample albums, etc. 

The Client acknowledges that the Photographer is the Author of the Image(s) and the first and sole owner of all copyrights (s). The Image(s) and all copyrights remain the exclusive property of the Photographer without limitation.

CREATIVE LICENSE
Photographs taken during the event will be at the Photographer's discretion. The Photographer will make every effort to accommodate the Client's requirements. The Photographer will do her best to deliver the requested photographs but cannot guarantee any specific pictures or incorporate any distinct backgrounds, locations, or group arrangements.

PAYMENT
A non-refundable booking fee of 50% will confirm your booking, as well as full acceptance of the terms and conditions as published on the Photographer's website. The booking fee will be deducted from the total balance after the photo session. 

All invoices are due upon receipt. The Client must request adjustments of amounts or terms within ten days of invoice receipt.

Photographer does not provide any receipts to the Client. Photographer's invoice will serve as the Client's receipt for work performed and services rendered.

UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES
In the case of circumstances beyond the Photographer's control (e.g., sudden illness, injury, a victim of crime, flooding, traffic conditions, vehicle breakdown, etc.) which results in a cancellation, the liability shall be limited to a full refund of any fees paid. 

CANCELLATION FEES
If the Client(s) cancel a booking without due notice (48-72 hours), they will be required to forfeit the 50% booking fee. If you do not cancel and the Photographer arrives at the session's location, you will be responsible for paying the remaining 50% balance.

DELIVERY
The Photographer will make every effort to deliver images as quickly as possible. However, this could take up to 2-3 weeks during busy periods.

ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
This Agreement constitutes the entire and only Agreement between Photographer and Client with respect to its subject matter. It supersedes all previous agreements, understandings, and communications, whether oral or written, between the two parties concerning the subject matter hereof.

CHANGES TO TERMS & CONDITIONS
Hina Mahmood Photography reserves the right to, from time to time, at Hina Mahmood Photography's sole discretion, amend these terms and conditions. Any amendments to these terms and conditions will only apply to bookings made on or after the applicable modification date.

It is our responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions before booking a session(s).
